Liquefaction, bio-degradation, deodorising of organic
aggregates which obstruct swill tanks, drains and septic tanks
super bioliq b.c.f.
SUPER BIOLIQ BCF's
three enzymatic active components stimulate micro-organisms and digest fats,
starches, proteins, cellulose, surfactants...
Used regularly,
SUPER BIOLIQ BCF avoids the need to clean out and rinse down swill bins, or to
go through the lengthy process of unblocking drains, as it forms a film on the
walls.
SUPER BIOLIQ BCF
suppresses odours by going deep down inside carrier materials.
SUPER BIOLIQ BCF
improves the efficiency of sewage plants and basins.
Applications
Ø Elimination of organic
residues in aerobic or anaerobic media for swill
tanks, drains, sinks, toilets...
Ø Biological action
to treat septic tanks, lmhoff tanks, digesters, sewage plants, cess pins,
slurry pins...
Ø Removal of odours

processing, dairies, cheese-making, bakers, slaughterhouses, knackers yards...
Instructions for Use
1/
Swill Bins:
Ø Initial dose:
use one litre for small bins (600 L capacity for 100 meals per day), 2.5 L for
medium-sized bins (1000 L for 500 meals per day) and 5 L for large bins (1500 L
for 2000 meals per day).
Ø Maintenance:
use 0.2 L per day for small bins, 0.4 L for medium-sized bins and 0.6 L for
large bins (alternatively 0.6 or 1.2 or 2.4 L twice a week: although this is
less effective).
Notice:
If the waste is hard, clean out and empty the bin and then start the treatment,
to ensure that a film of BIOLIQ fully coats the sides.
2/
Drains:
Ø Initial dose:
use 0.3 L for a drain approximately 150 mm in diameter and 100 m in length.
Ø Maintenance:
use 0.1 L per week.
Notice:
Use twice the dose for twice the diameter. For a building with several floors,
start on the ground floor and then work upwards to the top floor. The
maintenance is made on the top floor.
3/
Septic Tanks:
Ø Initial dose:
use 0.5 L in the toilet bowl for a 1 m3 tank.
Ø Maintenance: pour
0.2 L into the toilet bowl once a month.
4/
Slurry Pits for Pigs and Poultry:
Ø Initial dose:
use 1 L of 5% solution (50 ml diluted in
water) for each m3 of slurry.
Ø Maintenance:
every month, pour 5% solution directly into the pit (if there is no grating) or
over gratings thoroughly. Use 0.1 L of 5% solution (5 ml diluted in water) for
each cubic metre of slurry.
5/
Deodorising Urinals, Toilets, Showers, Sinks, Water Traps, Empty Dustbins:
Ø Spray
a 20% solution of SUPER BIOLIQ BCF (1 L of product to 4 L of water) over the
entire surface to be deodorised, and then flush down about 12 hours later
(optional).
6/
Removing Odours and Stains from Carpets, Rugs, Wall Coverings, Porous and
Non-Porous Floors (vomit, urine, blood, coffee...):
Ø Spray
on a 50% solution of SUPER BIOLIQ BCF (1 L of product to 1 L of water) and rub
with a brush, sponge, floor-cloth or carpet shampoo dispenser: 1 L of solution
treats about 10m².
Ø Leave
for between 6 and 24 hours to take effect (depending on the strength of the
stains and odours) and rinse or clean (optional).
7/ Sewage
Plants, Basins and Pumping Stations:
Ø Initial dose:
add 3 L of SUPER BIOLIQ BCF per 1000 m3 of effluent per day (roughly
5000 inhabitants) every day for ten days.
Ø Maintenance:
use 1 L of SUPER BIOLIQ BCF at least once a week.
Notice:
increase these doses when usage and odour levels are very high.

Ø Lemon
scented liquid.
Ø Non
flammable.
Ø Biodegrades
and liquefies fats and human excrement.
Ø Deodorises
and removes stains.
Ø Usage
pH of 5 to 10 and usage temperature from 5 to 80°C.
