AXIS DP, diluted in water, emulsifies and dissolves even the most
persistent oils and greases. AXIS DP is
odourless and may be used in complete safety in factories and workshops. AXIS DP
passivates surfaces (protects them from rust) and any further treatments can
be applied without rinsing. |
Applications
Ø Wetting
before coating or for any cleaning/passivation of mechanical and metalic parts,
or lathe parts: from 3 to 10%.
Ø For ultrasonic or electrolytic degreasing: from 1 to 5%.
Ø In steam or hot-water machines for parts, motors and car bodies: from 0.5 to 2%.
Ø Tumbling for mechanical parts : 0.5 to 2%.
Ø Using a brush or sponge: for metalic parts, metal sheeting, car bodies,
machine frames, weaving looms and offset damping rollers : 5% ;
plastic materials and plastic covers: from 1 to 5%.
Ø Greasy floors, removal of tapestries or posters: from 1 to 3%.

Instructions for use
Ø
Dilute AXIS DP from 10 to 100
times (from
10% to 100%) depending on surface condition and cleaning method.
Ø
For steam and hot-water
machines:
use a pre-diluted solution of AXIS DP, from 0.5 to 2% (from 1 to 4 glasses for
20 l. of water).
